Optical detection of values of separate aberrations using a multi-channel filter matched with phase Zernike functions

چکیده
The use of a multichannel wavefront sensor matched with phase Zernike functions to determine the type and magnitude aberration in analyzed is investigated. approach based on stepwise compensation aberrations dynamically tunable spatial light modulator. As criteria for successful detection, not only correlation peak, but also maximum intensity, compactness, orientation distribution each diffraction order are considered. On basis numerical simulation, efficiency proposed shown detecting both weak strong (up wavelength) aberrations.
